P6/7 work collaboratively in P.E.

Primary 6/7 have been working really well in groups to develop their own gymnastic routines. They have been incorporating jumps, rolls and balances, and trying to support the other children in their group. We think they’ve been doing a great job!

The castles are built (and destroyed) in a day.

On Thursday, the children in p6/7 got to work in their groups building the strongest castles they could. They used a range of construction materials from school and brought in materials from home to help them. Here are photos of their castles before we attacked them. Which ones do you think survived the attacking army?

Primary 6/7 are Medieval Castle Builders!

Primary 6/7 are busy designing and planning their own castles. Working in small groups they have to design and build a castle which will withstand enemy attack… also known as Mrs Livingstone with sponge balls and beanbags! Here are some photos of us during our planning session. We’ll post photos of the final models in a couple of weeks time.
